Strength and muscle growth
Strength training involves exercise with heavier resistance to strengthen the musculoskeletal system, ligaments, bones, and tendons.
Strength training will help you lose body fat, improve explosive power movements while cycling, and help you gain muscle WITHOUT BULKING.
Group exercises
Our group exercises range from general spinning fitness classes to more advanced high intensity classes. This includes:
Our beginner spinning classes include:
“Spinning beginners bootcamp”: The basics of spinning is introduced at different intensity levels. Definitely something to consider for the entire family!
“Senior spinning”: A spinning class specifically designed for older adults who’s interested in a new, fun way to incorporate daily physical activity.
Advanced spinning classes include:
“Super spinners”: A high intensity interval spinning session for moderate to experienced spinners.
“Power peddling”: A spinning class focused on interval training while incorporating full body resistance training exercises.
Event-specific programs
We can design a sport specific program that will improve your strength, flexibility, endurance and balance to meet the needs of your cycling event. We will design a program that is geared towards your level of mountain biking expertise, focusing on off-and-on season programs. The focus of the program will be based on the physical demand and skill level of the event.
Weekly recreational mountain biking
