{"id":31,"date":"2011-05-22T15:12:32","date_gmt":"2011-05-22T23:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/kenbuis\/?p=31"},"modified":"2011-05-22T15:13:02","modified_gmt":"2011-05-22T23:13:02","slug":"flight-path-added","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/kenbuis\/2011\/05\/22\/flight-path-added\/","title":{"rendered":"Flight Path added"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"margin: 10px;\" title=\"Icarus\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/england\/looknorthnecumbria\/weather\/calendar_competition\/august\/images\/icarus_mike_kirkup_470.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"282\" height=\"174\" \/>The Digital Media Arts have long been a passion and have extended deeply within my teaching practice and corporate adventures.\u00a0 I thrive on change and have journeyed deep into the digital space of flows to experiment with learning and updating my skills in the timeless time of cyberspace.\u00a0 Along this flow of inspiration and innovation I have implemented a great deal of new technology, and continually teach new content in adaptation to changes in world technology.\u00a0 While maintaining this stream of creative adaptation takes a great deal of energy, I am committed to providing opportunities for learners to adapt to the new global networked society, to update their abilities, embrace their inner artist and understand the implications of <em>Informationalism<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>I recently moved to a new school that has not had computer classes for years and am building a Digital Media Arts program.
