BBC Learn – Resources for all subjects. I have used it for English materials in the past, so I reviewed their Science materials and feel there is some value in the video materials. Self-referenced.
Buzzmath – Middle school math practice.
ChemCollective – A collection of virtual labs, scenario-based learning activities, tutorials, and concepts tests to teach chemistry which was created by faculty and staff at Carnegie Mellon University.

Desmos – Free Math website for graphing functions, plot tables of data, evaluate equations, explore transformations, and more.
Desmos Calculator – An online graphing calculator that operates in Google Chrome. Contributed by Janet Galbraith.
Education Portal – There are free courses that a person could proceed through at his/her own pace. I am considering using these materials to learn Chemistry. I particularly liked the ability to jump to a particular segment of the video from the practice quiz if reteaching is needed. Self-contributed.
