As a teacher there are many ways in which I can continually improve in my profession through opportunities where learning takes place such as, workshops, structured courses, faculty and district meetings, and school-based professional conversations. Through ongoing professional development , being a member of the Provincial Intermediate Teacher’s Association (PITA) and ongoing school based activities, I look forward to learning the different ways I can be an amazing teacher and give my students an experience they deserve as learners. I will strive to push their boundaries and actively create challenges, allowing them to learn from their experiences and add to their skills and self knowledge.
I will always consider myself a lifelong learner, and have a longterm goal of completing my Masters of Education in the future.
