Baking Up Business

Greetings! My name is Kristen and I’m a second-year Sauder student intending to specialize in OBHR and obtain a minor in Political Science (otherwise known as the Wonderful Faculty of Endless Essays and No Scaling). I was born and raised in Richmond, BC and still reside there (or more accurately, commute to and from there)  today.

This blog is dedicated to examining various aspects of marketing and applying those aspects to the experiences I encounter while working part-time at a popular Vancouver bakery (referred to here as the Bakery).

If I did not attend university, I would have gone to culinary school to specialize in baking and pastry arts. 

From pastries to political science…I smell an autobiography in the works.
