My name is Kristen and I&#8217;m a second-year Sauder student intending to specialize in OBHR and obtain a minor in Political Science (otherwise known as the Wonderful Faculty of Endless Essays and No Scaling). I was born and raised in Richmond, BC and still reside there\u00a0(or more accurately, commute to and from there)\u00a0 today.<\/p>\n<p>This blog is dedicated to examining\u00a0various aspects of marketing and applying those aspects\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0experiences I encounter while\u00a0working part-time\u00a0at a popular Vancouver bakery (referred to here as the Bakery).<\/p>\n<p>If I did not attend university, I would have\u00a0gone to culinary school to specialize in baking and pastry\u00a0arts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From pastries to political science&#8230;I smell an autobiography in the works.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greetings!
