- Introduction of Topic – Increased mental illness in the dental practice.
- Statement of Problem – Inadequate support for dental team; poor impacts on the practice
- Scope – Staff stressors, mental illness symptoms, stress management techniques, applicability of resources, cost of program
- Primary and Secondary Sources – Surveys, observations, online publications, and studies
- Qualifications – Experience in working conditions and with colleague concerns, research skills
- Conclusion – summarizes the purpose and importance of a mental health and wellness program
