I graduated from Canterbury University in New Zealand in 2004 with an honours degree in Forestry and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry. I have lived in British Columbia since 2005 and have been a Registered Professional Forester (RPF) since 2007 with BC’s Association of British Columbia Forest Professionals.
Through my work as an RPF I have gained significant and varied experience in many aspects of ecosystem and forest management including vegetation resource inventory, silviculture, ecosystem mapping, timber supply analysis, management plans, impact assessment, carbon modelling and community forest analyses. I have a strong and broad understanding of BC forestry, ecosystem management and resource analysis.
