It will be assessed for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A splash page with a customized GUI with at least four (4) navigational components &#8211; for Moodle;<\/li>\n<li>A banner with an embedded image &#8211; for BlackBoard Learn<\/li>\n<li>One \u00a0complete learning module with subject-specific content (module shells or placeholder pages not acceptable), largely based on HTML pages;<\/li>\n<li>Embedded digital story.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A complex digital story<\/strong>, educational in nature, using one of a range social media. Your story must:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Be educational in nature, but not a digital lesson or lecture.<\/li>\n<li>Be viewable either as an embedded file or a link on the <em>LMS Content Module<\/em> ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Although it is part of Assignment #3, the digital story will have to be published on your Assignment 3 Content Module page, <strong>by Friday of week 11th<\/strong>. Make it a part of your LMS by the Assignment #3 due date.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In addition to your digital story,\u00a0 the completed Assignment 3: LMS Content Module, should consist of:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>One additional general discussion forum topics;<\/li>\n<li>One group discussion forum for (at least) 2 groups (must set up groups; they need not be populated);<\/li>\n<li>A reflection upon your experience completing this assignment. Specifically, while addressing the work you have done on your digital story, reflect on\n<ul>\n<li>Why was this the right tool for you to use to tell your story, from a pedagogical perspective?<\/li>\n<li>How did you purposefully select this for your storytelling tool, in pedagogical terms?<\/li>\n<li>How would this story work within a course that you teach (or would like to teach) based on pedagogical arguments?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to cite relevant literature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Overall quality of work is also important, as per the overall standards listed above;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: some of these requirements are straightforward&#8211;others more challenging. The more challenging ones require both technical competencies <em>and<\/em> critical analysis of system functionality versus educational design requirements.
