“My menus aren’t working the way I want them to. What do I do?”
It really helps if you create categories from your dashboard. Then, when you create items on your menu, you can lump them together under their common category. Tags are also a great way to link posts. If your website has a search function, “categories” and “tags” will also facilitate searching.
“How come I cannot comment or let my subscribers comment on my pages?”
It may vary on the template, but in our experience you cannot comment on pages, only posts. So if you want your audience to interact with your content, consider changing your page into a post. Copy and paste does the trick!
“I deleted a page/post from my website, but it still shows up when I search. How can I get rid of it?”
Go to your dashboard and move it to trash there!
