Welcome

Welcome to the LAW 315 Blog.

Since we met on Wednesday, I have updated the Course Outline and the Syllabus. You will find them on the blog, including links to pdf versions.

The updates to the Course Outline include a correct link to the blog, but also small modifications to the assignments. For the presentation of research papers, you will not be required to submit an outline to me before you present. Similarly, for the Reading Introduction, you will not be required to submit a one page summary and questions before you present. And instead of separate grades for Class Participation and Reading Introduction, I have combined these into a single grade of 20%. However, the expectations for Class Participation and Reading Introduction remain the same.

The Syllabus is now complete. Please review the list of readings and then send me your first and second choices for the Reading Introduction.

You will also a table of contents for the Property on Trial: Cases in Context manuscript and table of contents under the Readings Page. I will provide you with a password by e-mail so that you can view the manuscript. Once you have had a chance to look at the table of contents and some of the chapters, please let me know your first, second and third choices for the peer-review short assignment.

Finally, I know that I will be away for the class on October 19th so we will need to reschedule it.
