Leticia Avilés is a biologist and full professor at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada. She is originally from Ecuador, got her PhD in the USA, and has been in Canada since 2002. This is a blog about why she loves doing and teaching science and why solving nature’s puzzles is fun.
