The topic we have chosen to investigate for our final project is the difference in studying habits of students who live on campus compared to those who live away from campus. We wish to examine this issue by testing for a possible correlation between the distance in which LFS 252 students live away from campus and the average amount of time each student spends studying per week.
We hypothesize that students that live further from campus will report fewer hours spent studying than those who live relatively closer in a descending manner. Examples of reasoning behind our hypothesis include factors of: time availability, resource availability, differences in daily routines, and travel stress.
