Hi, we’re group two and we are excited to start our project because we are working with the City of Vancouver (City Studio). By identifying food recovery models and networks already in existence in a particular industry we will then identify new local food waste markets and food recovery industries, and map different food recovery channels. The ultimate outcome of our project is to work with this group to increase food recovery and redistribution. Yay! 🙂
