Faculty Lecturer/Food Laboratory Manager position at McGill University

Standard

An exciting new position at McGill University’s School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition. I have attached a job posting for a Faculty Lecturer / Manager of the Catherine Freeman Food Laboratories and Demonstration Room.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the food labs, developing new business initiatives, as well as teaching high profile courses in our graduate and undergraduate programs.

In addition to the Mary Catherine Freeman Food Laboratories (shown in the attached photos), the adjacent Helen Neilson Culinary Demonstration Room is designed to view and film culinary presentations. Sensory evaluation rooms enable the creation of computer generated questionnaires and statistical analyses of panelists’ responses to the food items presented, in a controlled environment. Finally, a simulation room for interviewing training is also available.

I would appreciate it if you would distribute this position to people in your network who might be interested.
