LFS Graduate Student Conference - Poster 2015

Hello LFS!

We are extremely excited to announce that the 2nd Faculty of Land and Food Systems Graduate Student Conference will take place on Thursday, March 5 at the Liu Institute for Global Issues.

This conference is designed to celebrate LFS graduate student research! This one-day conference will allow students to showcase their research in an academic conference setting, and will include oral and poster presentations and competitions, a networking lunch, and an awards reception. Dr. Evan Fraser, Professor of Geography at the University of Guelph and Tier I Canada Research Chair in Global Food Security, will kick off the conference with a plenary address.

Any graduate student, undergraduate student, or post-doctoral fellow conducting research with an LFS faculty member is eligible to present. Note: Abstracts are due on Tuesday, February 10 at 4pm.

Volunteer positions are available for graduate and undergraduate students and LFS faculty!
