This event is presented by SFU Roots and Humane Society International\/Canada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Networking for Food Service Professionals<br \/>\n<\/strong>With 24 chefs participating in the training, and 150+ attendees attending the summit, food service professionals will be able to network with leaders in the industry and learn from each other.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tradeshow<br \/>\n<\/strong>At the November 2 Summit tradeshow, 12 industry innovators will showcase and sample\u00a0their plant-based products.
