About Sole Food:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sole Food Street Farms\u00a0is an internationally recognized social enterprise that transforms vacant urban land into street farms. Our mission is\u00a0to empower individuals with limited resources by providing jobs, agricultural training, and inclusion in a supportive community of farmers and food lovers.<\/p>\n

Alain Guy is a farmer and community\u00a0member with 15 years of experience. Since joining Sole Food in 2009, Alain has held many roles on the farm including field\u00a0supervisor and\u00a0propagation\u00a0house lead.\u00a0Heather Farmer is Sole Food’s Program and Administration Director.\u00a0Heather is responsible for the day-to-day management and advancement of Sole Food and Cultivate Canada Society\u2019s missions. Together, Alain and Heather look forward to sharing industry\u00a0insights from Sole Food’s experience farming in the heart of the city<\/p>\n
