{"id":10372,"date":"2024-02-23T16:02:31","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T23:02:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/lfsgrads\/?p=10372"},"modified":"2024-02-23T16:02:31","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T23:02:31","slug":"summer-tuition-fee-deferrals-for-tas-and-ras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/lfsgrads\/post-10372","title":{"rendered":"Summer Tuition Fee Deferrals for TAs and RAs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Email to: \u00a0Graduate Department Administrative Assistants<\/p>\n<p>Subject: Summer Tuition fee Deferrals for Teaching and Research Assistants<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Summer session Deferrals<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The online deferral application will be open from <strong>March 1<sup>st<\/sup> to April 30<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong> for Graduate students employed as Teaching or Research Assistants. \u00a0<em>The deferral is intended for students that do not have funds available to pay their tuition fees by the due date and are relying on their stipend to make payment.<\/em>\u00a0 Students must submit a copy of their <strong>workday compensation<\/strong> screenshot.<\/p>\n<p>Click profile at the top right corner, and click \u2018compensation\u2019.
