Through the lens of food and nutrition researchers, healthcare, agriculture and industry, this workshop will help to form an understanding of what AI means within our varying sub-sectors, including an exploration of the opportunities, challenges, risks and limitations of AI in our field. The agenda has been designed to be highly practical with real-life examples of how AI is being used to advance knowledge and practice of the complex relationships among food, nutrition and health including, but not limited to, re-identification of patient data, race\/sex bias in training data sets, ethical considerations. You will be asked to choose which registration option applies to you during the online registration process.\u00a0Virtual\/livestream registration fees include a &#8220;real-time&#8221; livestream of the entire pre-conference workshop\u00a0&#8211;
