Email us<br \/>\n(Lexis <a href=\"mailto:lexis.ly@ubc.ca\">lexis.ly@ubc.ca<\/a>\u00a0and Steven <a href=\"mailto:sbristow@student.ubc.ca\">sbristow@student.ubc.ca<\/a>) and we&#8217;ll let you know which category it falls under!<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>In order to receive the <strong>LFS Advanced TA Skills Certificate<\/strong>,\u00a0 you must:<\/p>\n<p>Be a (graduate\/undergraduate) student in LFS.<\/p>\n<p>Complete at least 5 professional development trainings (workshops, etc.) offered by the LFS TA Training Program or CTLT. The five trainings must fall under the following categories:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Teaching Fundamentals (3 trainings)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (1 training)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Teaching Theory and Pedagogy (1 training)<\/p>\n<p>Three out of the five trainings must be completed within the LFS TA Training Program.
