We use the term <i>BIPOC<\/i>, as a broad term to capture the diversity of experiences (if you&#8217;re unfamiliar\u00a0with this term and would like to learn more, please do<a href=\"https:\/\/greatist.com\/grow\/bipoc-meaning%22%20%5Co%20%22https:\/\/greatist.com\/grow\/bipoc-meaning\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0check out this resource<\/span><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We are a small group of BIPOC students in biological sciences (different fields), and we would like to invite you to join a retreat we are planning to connect between our departments.
