We recently invited you to participate in the <\/span>Foods<\/span><\/b><\/em> 2017 Travel Awards<\/span><\/strong> for junior investigators and PhD students.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

These awards will help support travel for the chosen junior investigator and PhD student to present their data, in poster or oral presentations, at a scientific conference to be held between November 2017 and October 2018.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The requirements for candidate participation and application can be found at <\/span>http:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/journal\/foods\/awards<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The applications will be assessed by an Evaluation Committee consisting of eminent scholars in the field of food research. The Junior Investigator Award and the PhD Student Award will consist of <\/span>800 Swiss Francs<\/span><\/strong>, respectively. Furthermore, the award winners\u2019 papers will be published in <\/span>Foods<\/span><\/em> (after peer review and appropriate revision) with a full publication fee waiver.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We are currently accepting applications for these two awards and encourage you to share this announcement with your postdoctoral fellows and Ph.D. students for them to submit their applications to <\/span>foods@mdpi.com<\/a> by <\/span>30 August 2017<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
