Kelsey Jack from Tufts (<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.tufts.edu\/kjack\/\">https:\/\/sites.tufts.edu\/kjack\/<\/a>). Kelsey works on the intersection of environment and development economics. She will present her paper titled: \u201cCharging ahead: Prepaid electricity metering in South Africa.\u201d A pdf version of the paper is attached.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Her seminar is scheduled for 3:30 PM, Friday January 12th.
