Withycombe Graduate Fellowship Award at the 255th ACS Conference<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #606060; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt;\">Congratulations to our Food Science PhD student Yaxi Hu (supervisor: Dr. Xiaonan Lu) who received the 1st place of the graduate student competition last night and\u00a0won the\u00a0Donald A. Withycombe Graduate Fellowship Award at the\u00a0255th\u00a0American Chemistry Society Annual Meeting, the Agricultural and Food Chemistry Division in New Orleans.<\/p>\n<p>Her presentation is entitled &#8220;Development of innovative techniques for food authentication \u2013 the last barrier to prevent food fraud&#8221;.
