CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC CGS Michael Smith Foreign Study Supplements \u2013 Spring 2018 Competition<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Canada Graduate Scholarships – Michael Smith Foreign Study Supplement (CGS-MSFSS) Program<\/a> supports high-calibre Canadian graduate students in building global linkages and international networks through the pursuit of exceptional research experiences at research institutions abroad. By accessing international scientific research and training, CGS-MSFSS recipients will contribute to strengthening the potential for collaboration between Canadian and foreign institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applicant eligibility<\/span><\/strong>: Open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents who hold a Tri-Agency Canada Graduate Scholarship (CGS) at the Master’s or doctoral level or a Vanier CGS. Please note that international students who hold a Vanier CGS are not eligible for this award.<\/span><\/p>\n

Award value<\/span><\/strong>: Up to CAD $6,000 for two to six months<\/span><\/p>\n

Applicant deadline<\/span><\/strong>: 4:00pm on Friday, 11 May 2018<\/span><\/p>\n
