Can you please remind all Graduate Students that are hoping to have their degree granted in February, with the option to attend the May congregation ceremony, that the application for <\/span>graduation will be available on the Student Service Centre starting Friday Dec 14, 2018<\/u><\/b> <\/span><\/span>and will be close on \u00a0January 18, 2019<\/span><\/u><\/b>.<\/p>\n

Please advise students that are hoping to graduate in February 2019, that it is very important that they apply for graduation as soon as possible, and should not wait until they submit their final thesis to G+PS or complete the program requirements for non-thesis programs.<\/p>\n

Last day for graduation applications to be submitted to Enrolment Services using the Student Service Centre by all students expecting to graduate in February 2019.<\/p>\n

Last day for final master’s theses and doctoral dissertations to be approved by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for February 2019 degree granting and May 2019 Congregation. Must be approved and accepted by 4:00 pm.<\/p>\n

Last day for students to complete all program requirements (including major papers) for non-thesis master’s degrees for February 2019 degree granting and May 2019 Congregation.<\/p>\n
