Her research interest includes how environmental factors such as diet influence neuroendocrine systems, in particular the brain, and how obesity and diabetes cause disruptions of the reproductive system.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Barbara Stefanska from the Food, Nutrition and Health Program in LFS is hosting the seminar, which is supported by the Dr. and Mrs. Dekaban Foundation.
