The deadline for submission of Nominations for External Examiner for PhD candidates wanting to complete on the timeline for Fall Graduation was on Friday. There is still time for students to submit those forms, but they should come in by the end of this week, to reduce the likelihood of a delay in the invitation process.<\/p>\n
As a reminder, the other dates candidates need to meet are as follows:<\/p>\n
\u2022 FRIDAY, 31 JULY 2020 \u2013 Doctoral dissertation (and supporting documentation) submitted to Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for external examination
\n\u2022 FRIDAY, 25 SEPTEMBER 2020 \u2013 Last Day for Final Doctoral Oral Examination
\n\u2022 FRIDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2020 \u2013 Acceptance of final, approved doctoral dissertation by Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies<\/p>\n
We also have an information session about the Virtual Defence process on June 16. This session will be advertised in the regular Monday updates from GradUpdate.<\/p>\n
