We hope this email finds you well.\u00a0 It\u2019s hard to believe we\u2019re coming to the end of another year, but what an interesting year it\u2019s been!<\/p>\n

We wanted to inform you of a new program starting this month.\u00a0 The LFS Graduate & Postdoctoral Office will begin offering mandatory annual Academic & Wellness Check in\u2019s<\/strong> with all research-based students (these check-in\u2019s are also available for all professional program students as well, although not mandatory).\u00a0 These individual zoom meetings will cover several topics including academic progress, funding, and wellbeing.<\/p>\n

As access to our office has been restricted due to COVID, \u00a0it\u2019s important that you feel supported by us and that you are aware of resources and services available to you, even if most of you still aren\u2019t on campus.<\/p>\n

Students can book their appointment through Canvas (instructions are attached).\u00a0 At present, there are a limited number of appointments available this month to accommodate those students who may have pressing issues.\u00a0 There will be additional appointments scheduled in the new year.<\/p>\n

We hope you will find these meetings valuable.\u00a0 Please don\u2019t ever hesitate to contact us if you need anything.\u00a0 We are here to help you.<\/p>\n
