The UBC Climate Hub has just launched a new Climate Academic Advocacy initiative, beginning with a workshop. By attending, UBC community members can augment their skillset in navigating colonial university hierarchies and power dynamics. Following the workshop, those who are interested will be welcomed to join a community of practice around academic advocacy that spans disciplines and other academic silos. The workshop will be held on Monday, March 22nd from 6:30-8pm.<\/p>\n
