If you have a chance to graduate in May 2022, please apply. If you don\u2019t apply you can\u2019t graduate. <\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here is the information from the Graduation Team at Enrolment Services:<\/p>\n

The online graduation application for Spring 2022 has just opened for eligible students.\u00a0They have until Friday, February 25, 2022 <\/strong>to submit their application through the SSC<\/a>.\u00a0 They can find the link to the application under the Graduation tab<\/strong>, after they\u2019ve logged in. <\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Below are a few dates to note and to add into your calendars:<\/em><\/p>\n

Application period:<\/em><\/strong> December 15, 2021 \u2013 February 25, 2022<\/em><\/p>\n

Program Completion Deadline: <\/em><\/strong>April 22, 2022<\/em><\/p>\n

Senate meeting:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Wednesday, May 18, 2022<\/em><\/p>\n

Ceremony dates:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 May 25-27, 30, 31, June 1-2 (subject to change)<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>At this time, we are cautiously proceeding with plans for in-person ceremonies.\u00a0 However, with ever-changing health protocols, how the ceremonies look and whether we might need to pivot to virtual is to be finalized.\u00a0 Regardless of the uncertainty, please encourage your eligible students to apply on time<\/strong>.\u00a0 Account Holds and incomplete assignments will not prevent students from accessing the online application.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>The schedule for the ceremonies is not available, at this time.\u00a0 Please visit the Graduation at UBC website<\/a> for updates to whether we will have in-person ceremonies, or a virtual ceremony.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>If you have questions about applying to graduate<\/strong> please see the Student Services graduation webpage<\/a> for information.\u00a0 Alternatively, they can contact GPS office at graduation@ubc.ca<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n
