My name is Setenay Mufti and I am reaching out to you as a graduate student at UBC, and on behalf of the Annual Interdisciplinary Graduate Student Conference Committee at the Department of Classical, Near Eastern, and Religious Studies. The Committee is currently circulating a Call for Papers for this year\u2019s conference, \u201cAll things that the black earth feeds: Animals and Humans.\u201d We were wondering if you might be able to circulate this email and the attached flyer to any interested students.<\/p>\n

The Conference will be held virtually on May 6th-7th, and the deadline for submissions is March 31st. We emphasize graduate work, but accept applications from undergraduate students as well. Further information can be found in the attached flyer.<\/p>\n
