Advancing Women in Agriculture Conference (Calgary) \u2013 apply for a full student sponsorship by Thursday, Feb. 2!<\/b><\/p>\n

LFS is sponsoring a student: Advancing Women in Ag Conference (Calgary)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Start your career with inspiration, direction and a network at your fingertips!<\/p>\n

The LFS Deans Office is sponsoring a student to attend the 2023 Advancing Women in Agriculture Conference (AWC), March 12-14, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Downtown in Calgary, Alberta.<\/p>\n

You must apply online\u00a0before 11:59 p.m.<\/u>\u00a0Thursday, February 2, 2023 for consideration.\u00a0<\/b>This is open to female undergraduate and graduate students in Land and Food Systems. The student who best explains why they are interested in attending the conference, and how they hope the program will benefit their career will be selected.<\/p>\n

The student sponsorship will include the following:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Two nights\u2019 accommodation (Sunday and Monday) at the Hyatt Regency in Calgary<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Registration fee to attend AWC West 2023<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Airfare \u2013 the Deans Office will also pay travel costs to & from Calgary, Alberta to attend the conference<\/p>\n

What does Sponsorship cover? If you are selected to attend the conference, Student Sponsorship covers: Two nights accommodations (Sunday and Monday) at the Hyatt Regency Calgary (contact Iris to discuss if you are coming in from outside Alberta.) Your Registration Fee to attend AWC WEST 2023 Conference<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n
