{"id":9240,"date":"2023-02-21T18:11:21","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T01:11:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/lfsgrads\/?p=9240"},"modified":"2023-02-21T18:11:21","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T01:11:21","slug":"2023-summer-terms-lfs-ta-application-opens-next-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/lfsgrads\/post-9240","title":{"rendered":"2023 Summer Terms \u2013 LFS TA Application opens next week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>2023 Summer Terms \u2013 LFS TA Application opens next week \u2013 10 business days only!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>LFS TA Application<\/strong>\u00a0will soon be open for students to apply to TA for all LFS 2023 Summer Term courses.<\/p>\n<p>There are expected to be around 12-13 courses offered overall by LFS, counting all terms (S1, S2 &amp; S1+2).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The LFS TA Application will be open for students to apply for\u00a0<em><u>ten business days only<\/u><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>It will\u00a0<strong>open by<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>10am on March 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0and close by 4:30pm on March 15, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>(This ten-day limit is mandated by the agreement between CUPE 2278\/UBC.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Instructors determine how many TAs to assign to their course.
