If so, this offering might be for you.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is now open to UBC graduate students for\u00a0<em>Designing for Transformation<\/em>\u00a0&#8211; a free, non-credit course for learning and applying approaches from social innovation, systemic design and regenerative development, using equity-centered and decolonizing methodologies. The course is led by interdisciplinary practitioners\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lindsay-cole-47227236\/?originalSubdomain=ca\">Lindsay Cole<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irsi.ubc.ca\/about\/people\/lerato-chondoma-associate-director\">Lerato Chondoma<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jennifer-cutbill-she-her-1357721b\/\">Jennifer Cutbill<\/a>\u00a0(with feature guests to be announced during the course).<\/p>\n<p>The challenges we face demand more than incremental change, they require transformation. This in turn requires transforming our ways of knowing, being and doing, and our roles and responsibilities in relation. Option for peer groups to meet in person (we may also meet in person for the closing session of Module 2 &#8211; but TBC together).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MODULE 1 &#8211; Planting Seeds (introduction): Synchronous class sessions: May 16, 23 and 30, 2023.\u00a0<strong>Register by May 14<\/strong>, 2023 to secure a spot<\/li>\n<li>MODULE 2 &#8211; Growing Roots &amp; Shoots (deeper application):\u00a0Synchronous class sessions: June 13, 20, July 4,18, August 1, 2023.\u00a0<strong>Register by June 3, 2022<\/strong>.
