By accessing international scientific research and training, CGS-MSFSS recipients will contribute to strengthening the potential for collaboration between Canadian and foreign institutions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>:\u00a0Open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents who hold a Tri-Agency (CIHR, NSERC, or SSHRC) Canada Graduate Scholarship (CGS) at the Master&#8217;s or doctoral level or a Vanier CGS. For complete eligibility criteria and program details, please review the harmonized program description hosted on NSERC\u2019s website:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nserc-crsng.gc.ca\/Students-Etudiants\/PG-CS\/CGSForeignStudy-BESCEtudeEtranger_eng.asp\">http:\/\/www.nserc-crsng.gc.ca\/Students-Etudiants\/PG-CS\/CGSForeignStudy-BESCEtudeEtranger_eng.asp<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that international students who hold a Vanier CGS are not eligible for this award. SSHRC Doctoral Fellowship holders and NSERC PGSD holders are also not eligible (as they do not hold a &#8220;CGS&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Value<\/strong>:\u00a0Up to $6,000 for 2 to 6 months\u00a0research study abroad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application\u00a0deadline<\/strong>:\u00a04:00 pm PT on May 19, 2023, to the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (Applicants apply directly to G+PS)\n<p>All application materials should be submitted as <strong>1 PDF document via online submission<\/strong> (see link below).
