Field Work Safety Plans<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a reminder, Field Work Safety Plans are required by Safety and Risk Services to conduct all field work off campus<\/u>. The field work safety plan \u00a0helps supervisors and their students who wish to conduct field work activities review operational activities to ensure effective controls are in place to prevent incidents. A general template can be found at: https:\/\/srs.ubc.ca\/health-safety\/safety-programs\/risk-assessment-safe-work-procedure\/?login<\/a> and a template has been provided for an agricultural setting here: https:\/\/my.landfood.ubc.ca\/new-to-lfs\/field\/<\/a>. If you have any questions or require assistance with your plan, please contact: lfs.safety@ubc.ca<\/a> or a member of your Local Safety Team.<\/p>\n

Agronomy Garden Volunteering<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Agronomy Garden is a student led community garden located on Agronomy Road near the Landscape Architecture Annex (https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/agronomygarden\/<\/a>) .
