The 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP28) summit is taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirate from November 30 to December 12, 2023.<\/p>\n

Each year UBC receives a limited number of observer badges for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties (UNFCCC COP) negotiation space, known as the Blue Zone. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications for UBC’s delegation at COP28 are now open and close on July 14, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n
