Hi First Years!
The Land and Food Systems Undergraduate Society (LFS|US) is looking for two (2) First Year Representatives.
The duties of a First Year Representative include:
– Chairing the LFS First Year committee (Consisting of first year LFS undergraduates)
– Planning a First Year Event in the Term 2
– Coordinating a few Wednesday Night Dinners hosted by the LFS|US
– Being creative and starting your own initiatives!
If you are interested, please provide a write-up (max 300 words) of why you would be the most suitable candidate to the LFS|US Vice President Internal, Bridget Kirkland. She can be reached at lfsus.vpinternal@landfood.ubc.ca
Write-up may include your past experiences, your reason to join the LFS|US, your hobbies and interests, and anything else you think will be of value.
