Discussion Invitation: Health Canada’s Proposed Nutrition Labelling Changes

After hearing from Canadians what they like and don’t like about Canada’s nutrition labels, Health Canada has proposed changes to the way nutrition information is presented on food labels and wants to know what you think. To give you an opportunity to share your thoughts on these proposed changes, Health Canada is holding discussion groups in Burnaby during the month of September. We would love to hear what you think.

All sessions will be held in English, however, materials will be available in both official languages and bilingual staff will be available at all sessions.

Please complete the attached form and email it to nut.labelling-etiquetage@hc-sc.gc.ca  or fax it to 613-941-6636 by the deadline date indicating your interest in one of the sessions. Pre-Registration for the event is required. Spaces are limited and will be available on a first come basis. Registrations will be confirmed and further details will be provided with the confirmation.
