Applied Skills 8&#8230;Junior\/Senior Foods&#8230;Textiles? Remember how FUN it was?! If you&#8217;re interested in a career in Education and Home Economics, this program is for you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Dual Degree concurrent program offers capable students to earn a BEd, Secondary degree alongside their BSc in Food, Nutrition and Health degree, <em>all in five years.<\/em> Successful students will graduate with both degrees at the same time and will be recommended for a Professional Teaching Certificate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students may apply for admission to this program in Term 2 of Year 2. Admission requires an academic average of at least 65% (and maintained to remain in the program), as well as completion or in progress of completing ENGL 112 (or equivalent) and 3 credits of literature (ENGL 110, 120 or 121).
