Foodsafe Level 1 ensures that you are prepared to handle food and sanitation in a safe work environment. The course covers various food preparation topics including foodborne illness, storing food, and serving food. It might not be your priority at the moment but it will be definitely beneficial when you need it, especially if you are interested in venturing into the food industry or dietetics!
