RSVP required"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BCFT is hosting a Speaker&#8217;s Night event at UBC in the FNH building on <strong>January 21st from 6-8pm.<\/strong> This year we have invited Webb Girard and Katherine Langel from CuliNex, a world leading consulting firm with over 65 years of experience in food product development, to give a presentation on current food trends. The event is a great place for students to network with industry professionals and learn about the challenges of the industry. The event is free for BCFT student members and $10 for non members which includes a light meal.
