We are hoping to get many\u00a0entries for this exciting competition, as it will showcase how food\u00a0science and tech are benefiting communities around the world, from\u00a0the unique perspective of a student-generated video. We have great\u00a0prizes, but more importantly, this a plum opportunity for a budding\u00a0food science student to impress attendees of the Congress with an\u00a0exclusive premiere of their winning entry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(Details and rules can be found here: http:\/\/iufost.org\/iufost-student-video-competition )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">*And to sweeten the deal; the Grand Prize (in addition to an exclusive\u00a0showing and announcement at the IUFoST2016 Congress) is a cool $USD\u00a0one thousand dollars!*; Not bad for a 5 minute video!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any student over 18 is eligible to enter.
