Most (but not all) events will be held at <a href=\"http:\/\/woodward.library.ubc.ca\/about-woodward-library\/hours\/\">Woodward Library<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>September 18th<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/guides.library.ubc.ca\/scilit17\/wiki\">Wikipedia edit-a-thon<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 learn how to edit and create entries, and contribute to what we know about Canadian science and scientists. In partnership with CTLT, BCIT, Douglas College, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, SFU and BCcampus.<\/p>\n<p><b>September 19th<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/guides.library.ubc.ca\/scilit17\/ieee\">IEEE Author workshop<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 find out how to publish with IEEE and how the library can support you in the writing process.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/guides.library.ubc.ca\/scilit17\/scienceexpo\">Science Expo<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 experience the amazing science at UBC and in our community. There will be robots, 3D printing, biological specimens, button making and much more! This year we\u2019ll be featuring our new Seed Lending Library.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/guides.library.ubc.ca\/scilit17\/livinglibrary\">Living Library<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 borrow a human \u201cbook\u201d and learn about each person\u2019s inspiring research.<\/p>\n<p><b>September 21st<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/guides.library.ubc.ca\/scilit17\/miniscienceexpo\">Education Library Mini Science Expo<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 drop by to see a display of Canadian Science Books for Kids, Seed Lending Library, Sky Water Earth Learning Playlists, and Science &amp; Math Videos For All.<\/p>\n<p><b>September 23rd<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/guides.library.ubc.ca\/scilit17\/coding\">National Learn to Code Day<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 register for a full day coding workshop \u201cUsing data to solve problems: an introduction to artificial intelligence and machine learning for beginners\u201d.
