The\u00a0UBC Farm<\/a>\u00a0is hosting a community kitchen on Thursday, February 21, from 5:30 – 8:30pm. Join them for an evening of cooking, making friends, and eating together! The goal in establishing a community kitchen at the UBC Farm is to generate enthusiasm and community around preparing food, share cooking skills and knowledge as well as bringing warmth and happiness to the UBC Farm kitchen! Each meal will be vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options. There is a registration fee of $5.00 that will be used to purchase groceries for the community kitchen. As we believe in making the community kitchen accessible to all people, please do not hesitate to contact the UBC Farm if you are unable to pay this fee.
