In this article, Samsung and Apple are facing a billion dollar lawsuit for mistreating their factory workers in China. They have been accused of: letting children under 16 work in the factories, not providing any safety clothing for their workers, and letting workers exceed 100 hours worth over time hours in a month.

The main ethical issues in this article are that the chinese workers are being payed minimum wages which leads them to ask for ridiculous amounts of over time hours, the two companies are not providing the workers with a safe environment to work in, and they are being ignorant of the minimum working age and are letting underage children work in the factory.
