business ethics

In terms of Business ethics, it seems to conflict with interest. One evident instance for that is the “sweat shop”, explain it in a short way is that businessmen want to get more interest by giving workers heavier workload. This could result in the dissatisfaction, and eventually the strike from workers. Hence, business ethics is the one of approaches of maintaining a comparative stable environment in business, and such a environment is not only regulated by authorities but managers nowadays. Managers should think much harder about business ethics than they appear to at present. It is lack of clarity about business ethics that gives rise to confusion over what managers’ responsibilities are, and over where the limits of those responsibilities lie (The Economist).
