Education

Lisa obtained her B.Sc. majoring in Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of British Columbia Okanagan.

She is currently a M.Sc. student supervised by Dr. Bernard Bauer, a highly accomplished Fluvial Geomorphologist.

Lisa’s research focuses on analyzing sediment transport dynamics in small fish bearing creeks, located in agricultural productive areas. The goal of her research is to provide a better understanding of the anthropogenic impacts that influence the sediment transport systems. Her research will result in models to be use for stream restoration and improving local fish habitat.
